    • Courier
      - Federal Express, UPS, TNT and etc
      - For your information regards DHL courier here in Thailand do not accept to send jewelry.
       
    • Pos
      - Air parcel post, registered or Express Mail Service
      - All shipping cost will be absorbed by customer instead of Fashion Jewelry Asia Co.,Ltd.

 

PACKAGING

    • Standard packaging (NO CHARGE) – Poly bag or Zip bag
    • Special request packaging (EXTRA CHARGE) – depend on customer request

 


PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

    • Approximated 6-8 weeks

 


RETURN OF DAMAGE GOODS

    • Any claim should be done within 30 days after shipment received.
    • Any notice after 30 days, all repairs will be charged for labor and material replacement.
